Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using GoaTech you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Courses and Content

Course content is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials without written permission. Enrollments are non-transferable except through the official gift feature.

4. Platform Services

The GoaTech platform (feature flags, experiments, analytics, releases) is provided as-is. Usage is subject to the limits of your plan. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that exceed their limits or violate these terms.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription billing occurs at the start of each period. You may change or cancel your plan at any time from your billing settings; changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated access to the platform.
• Attempting to circumvent authentication, billing, or usage limits.
• Using the platform to distribute malware or conduct illegal activity.
• Sharing account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All GoaTech platform code, course content, branding, and documentation are the property of GoaTech or its licensors. Your data and projects remain yours.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoaTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access course content and platform services ceases.

11. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
